Initial Consultation
$100
One-hour consultation to discuss current concerns, goals, and recommendations for next steps. No commitment to ongoing services is required.
Assessment & Treatment Planning
Starting at $500
Individualized assessment and development of treatment recommendations and/or a behavior intervention plan. Scope and total fee are discussed and agreed upon before services begin.
Ongoing BCBA Services
$150/hour
Individualized support may include direct behavioral services, caregiver training, school-based support, behavioral consultation, skill development, and collaboration across settings.
Monthly Support Packages
Consistent support. Flexible structure.
Ongoing Support, Tailored to Your Family
Monthly packages are available for families who would benefit from consistent, ongoing BCBA support. Services can be individualized across home, school, and community settings based on the needs of the client and family.
8-Hour Monthly Support Package
$1,070/month
Includes 8 hours of individualized BCBA services each month.
Services may include direct behavioral support, school-based services, caregiver training, consultation, and collaboration across home, school, and community settings.

Looking for a different level of support?
Additional monthly packages can be developed based on the individual needs of the client and family. Service frequency, settings, and areas of support can be customized, with the scope of services and monthly fee discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Individual services are also available at the standard rate of $150/hour.
Using FES-UA Scholarship Funds?
Bentley Behavioral Consulting is an approved Step Up For Students Direct Pay Provider for ABA services.
Eligible FES-UA scholarship funds may be used toward approved BBC services. Families can locate Bentley Behavioral Consulting in the Step Up For Students Marketplace and reserve funds for eligible services.
